The National Campus and Community Radio Association Inc./L’Association nationale de radios étudiantes et communautaires Inc. (“NCRA/ANREC”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. To ensure that your information is protected while using the !earshot Digital Distribution System (‘!eDDS”, or “site”), we have put in place privacy policies to ensure that your privacy rights are protected.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information will only be collected if you choose to create a user account on the !earshot Digital Distribution System. To create a user account, you will need to provide an email address, and real name.
You may choose to provide us with personal information if you wish to:
- Upload music onto the site
- Manage uploaded music within the site
- Browse and download music from the site
- Communicate with users within the site
Any personal information that you provide will be used to message you, and to identify users. All personal information you provide will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes.
Accessing and Updating Personal Information
The personal information that has been collected can be seen from within the sites, my account page when logged into your personal account. Additionally the NCRA/ANREC can be contacted email, phone, or mail to change/correct personal information. Contact information for the NCRA/ANREC regarding changes/corrections to personal information can be found at the bottom of this page.
Disclosure of Personal Information
The NCRA/ANREC does not sell or provide any collected personal information with any third party organizations, except with the consent of the individual, or as required by law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
The NCRA/ANREC reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the site after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify you either through email, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
